Two bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms, one of them features a bathtub with a shower faucet, the other one is equipped with a shower. One of the bedrooms is the master one, it boasts a private chill-out area with spectacular views. Further sleeping facilities include two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a room for children with a bunk bed. They share two bathrooms, one has a shower, the other one comes with a bathtub. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern amenities one might need. There is an oven, a microwave, a hob, a hood, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher and various utensils, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The laundry facilities include an iron and a washing machine. The living room has a fireplace and a dining area. The house boasts various furnished terraces.

We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. Be closer to art – travel to the fishing village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breathe the scent of herbs in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located in El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deep sea fishing. Go horse riding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but couldn´t find the time.

Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Catalonia from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity are included. The use of the heating or any heater or radiator shall be paid apart on the meter reading.
Bedlinen & Towels: Bedlinen and Towels are NOT included and shall be paid apart at 16 EUR per person and set.
Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.
Miscellaneous: Baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for 35 EUR per week and unit. Wifi is available upon request and is NOT included and shall be paid apart at 50 EUR.
The house has NO pool.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:30 - 20:00.
In case of a late arrival, please, contact us to get the instructions for how to get the keys.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit will be guaranteed with a credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
