This traditional Costa Brava vacation rental is located close to the town of Banyoles with its famous lake. Set in a quiet and secluded area, the Catalonia luxury villa to rent is a perfect place to enjoy privacy and have access to first-class services. The holiday home is situated within a high-end hotel complex, so the guests will benefit from its spa, pool of 25 m, library, lounge areas, bar and restaurant, parking, cellar, paddle and tennis court. The luxury villa sleeps up to 22 people. It comprises the main house and an annex. The main house is distributed over three floors and caters up to 16 guests. There are eight bedrooms with big twin beds, all have private bathrooms. Some bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs with shower faucets, the others two enjoy showers. All the bedrooms feature big wardrobes. The ground floor houses three bedrooms, all come with bathrooms, a kitchen, a WC, a living room and a dining room. The first floor has three further bedrooms with bathrooms, a WC, a kitchen with a dining area and a living room and spacious terrace. The second floor enjoys two communicated bedrooms and a sitting room that will be perfect for a couple with kids. The kitchens are totally equipped with all the modern amenities you might need for a carefree stay. One the ground floor, there is a summer BBQ for the guests of the house and the hotel. The annex has three bedrooms, one of them is en-suite, the other two share a bathroom. Both bathrooms come with showers. The annex enjoys a private living area and a kitchen. The spa located in the hotel building nearby area features a sauna, a contrast shower, an indoor swimming pool and lockers. Spa treatments are available upon request.

Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fisher village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deepsea fishing. Go horseriding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but could´t find any time.

Daily Cleaning: General daily cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms is included.
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest from 16 years old.

Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit will be paid upon your arrival in cash. You will be refunded upon your departure, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
