Bedroom 2: ground floor, opens on the lower garden, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Bedroom 3: ground floor, opens on the lower garden, king-size bed (can be split into twin beds), en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The common areas sit on the first floor. They include a 80 m2 living room with a sitting area with a TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. Further on, there is a hall opening onto a study.
The ground floor houses a fitness area, a massage room, a Jacuzzi and a sauna. Finally, there is a laundry area and a storage room.
Outdoors
The outdoor areas include a private 83m2 swimming pool with an in-water day bed and a sunbathing area. There is an al-fresco dining area and a lounge.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date or in case of no show: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
All cancellations shall be done in written by email.
