The house kitchen opens on a terrace with stunning sea views. The exterior kitchen has a big dining table. The pool terrace boasts views over Fomentera. The pool itself is 12 x 6m, heated and illuminated. The electricity system is automatic. There is a space for parking of 30 vehicles. The rental features various wellness facilities including an outdoor tennis court, a gym by Technogym, a sauna and a jacuzzi, a Massage and yoga area, a petanque court.

Daily Cleaning: Daily cleaning of the house and garden arrangements are included.

All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax.

Rental fees: Reasonable water, electricity and Internet are included.

Concierge service

Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included shall the house be left in a reasonable state.

Private Chef: For non-discounted rates:
Chef service is included: 6h per day in mid season, 8 h per day in July and August. Cost of food is not included. The timings and services shall be arranged with the chef. Extra hours are not included and shall be paid on the spot.
Mixologist and waiter service (8h per day) is included for July and August.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
