Common areas include two living rooms with satellite TV and underfloor heating adjacent to a terrace with sea views, a lounge area with a bar and professional musical equipment, three kitchens and a terrace with a swimming pool, loungers and umbrellas. Two kitchens are interior, one of them belongs to the house and opens on a terrace with stunning sea views, the other one is a part of an independent apartment. The exterior kitchen has a big dining table perfect for 20. The pool terrace boasts views over Fomentera. The pool itself is 12 x 6m, heated and illuminated. The electricity system is automatic. There is a space for parking of 30 vehicles. The holiday rental features various wellness facilities including an outdoor tennis court, a gym by Technogym, a sauna and a jacuzzi, a Massage and yoga area, a petanque court.

Daily Cleaning: Daily cleaning of the house and garden arrangements are included.

All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
