Perfectly fitted, the recently renovated property comprises of three bedrooms with bathrooms, a laundry room, a living-dining area with an open kitchen and a guest bathroom. All the bedrooms are located on the lower floor and enjoy beautiful sea views from inside and a shared terrace. All three bedrooms are outfitted with queen-size beds and enjoy ceiling fans and wardrobes. They benefit from private showers and have separate toilets. The laundry area has a washing machine. Upstairs, you will find the living room. It comprises of a sitting area, a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. Situated uphill, the holiday home in Costa Brava boasts awesome views over the sea and the hills. The entertainment facilities include a Tv with international channels, an iPod docking station, WIFI access and an iPad. The kitchen features an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a steam oven, a capsule-coffee machine, utensils, pots and pans and tableware. The dining table seats eight. The room opens onto the pool terrace with an al-fresco dining and a lounge area. The infinity pool with a cascade is equipped with Roman steps to enter. There are sun loungers and a small garden area with herbs around. The luxury villa on Costa Brava benefits from an alarm system, video entry phone and automatic gate. The villa is located a bit uphill.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total amount in two steps (15% and 35%). One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation 14 days or more before arrival, 15% of the total will be retained. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival but more than 7 days before arrival, 65% of the total will be retained.In case of cancellation ess than 7 days before arrival, 100% will be retained.
