You will feel here completely safe, as the house is protected by modern CCTV security system. There are seven full-time staff members that include a perfect English speaking villa manager and waitress, dedicated chef, two maids, security guard and chauffeur. On the fourth floor, there is master and guest bedrooms. Both suites feature king size beds, 40’ flat screen TVs, DVD players and ensuite bathrooms with shower, walk-in wardrobes and private teraces. Go upstairs to level five and you will see the 150 square metre roof terrace where a second smaller pool can be enjoyed in complete seclusion. Level three hosts main indoor and outdoor areas: master bedroom, western kithchen, didning and living room. Through the big sliding doors go to the terrace where you will see freshwater infinity pool (18x5m) with Jacuzzi, outdoor waterfall shower, three in-water sun beds, waterfalls, BBQ, Sala with seating for 15 people and outdoor dining table for 10. On the second floor, there is a fitness room, a wine cellar, a home cinema and two guest bedrooms. Both suites feature private terraces with panoramic sea views, comfortable king-size beds, sofa beds, walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms with shower. Gym is fully-equipped with 20 pieces of exercise equipment, including bench presses, deltoid raises, cross trainer, stationary bike and Sonos music system. On the ground floor, there is Thai kitchen, laundry area, maid’s quarters and one more guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Check in/out policy
Unless agreed otherwise, check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 12:00 noon (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure).
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay non-refundable reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%, within 5 calendar days of booking the villa. The remaining amount must be paid latest within 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days during peak season. There is a 7-day minimum stay requirement during the Peak Season (Dec 20 -Jan 10). There is a 3-day minimum stay requirement during all other times.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount will be forfeited. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, the Lessor will forfeit 60% of the rental amount.
