Although, it's not a busy resort town and is more like a coastal village. The area has couple high-end restaurants and wine bars, where you can enjoy gourmet traditional meals. Take a short walk to Laem Singh Beach, one of Phuket's most beautiful beaches. Situated under a steep promontory, nestled in a hidden bay surrounded by palm trees and dotted with giant boulders, this 150 meters coastline has a feeling of secret beach. Because of its limited size, Laem Singh gets crowded during the high season but is pleasantly busy during low season sunny days. The northern part of the beach is good for boarding and swimming, while the southern part with the rocks is excellent for. Check in/out policy
Check-in is normally 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 a.m. Early/Late Check in/Check out: is subject to availability and is charged at 50% of the daily rate. After 18:00 a full days rate is applicable.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 65% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 50%. The remaining 35% is due latest within 60 days prior to arrival. A 10% security deposit of no less than 925 EUR is required at the time of check in to cover any breakages or damages to the villa or its contents. Security deposit will be returned upon check out following a full inspection of the villa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount will be forfeited. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, the Lessor will forfeit 65% of the rental amount.
