The rental property comprises of four independent houses and has it all for a comfortable family stay, friends' trip or a romantic getaway. The entertainment house is distributed over four levels. There is the entrance level with a large pool deck and a 32 m infinity pool with a built-in jacuzzi for 8 people, two traditional Thai salas, one of which is a BBQ area. The upper floor houses the lounge area with a big sofa, a pool table, a books library and a gaming table. Below it, the fitness area with a totally-equipped modern gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a massage room lies. You will find a cinema, a video-games room, minibar, a wine cellar, changing facilities and a shower on the lower level. The main villa has a lounge area, a master suite, two other spacious bedrooms with living areas and ensuite bathrooms, a children's room and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is wheelchair accessible. The master bathroom features a whirlpool jacuzzi, a shower and an outdoor shower, there is a private outside terrace with loungers. Two other bathroom are outfitted with showers and bathtubs, the twin bathroom has a shower. The second villa comprises of two suites with king-size beds. One of the bathrooms is fitted with a bathtub and a shower, the other one has a rain shower. The third villa houses another suite with a bathub and a shower and an adjoining children´s bedroom and a private terrace. All the bedrooms have TVs with DVD players and AC. Rooms other than then childrens´one feature safe boxes. The luxury villa enjoys a sundeck distributed over several levels, a tennis court.

Compared with the other towns in Koh Samui, Bang Por is quite particular. Serene and tranquil, the town contrasts with Chaweng or Lamai known for their parties and nightlife. Quiet and away from mass-tourism found in other areas of the island, this location is the best for those who love nature and peace. Little spot of Samui wildlife away from crowded resorts and noisy places with authentic bungalows and a pristine coconut beach. The views are very picturesque; that’s clear as soon as you arrive. The bay looks over Koh Phangnan, Samui’s little sister, and is secluded by natural rock formations at both ends. The calm cerulean waters in this part of the Gulf of Thailand offer excellent snorkelling opportunities with shallow coral reefs and many colourful fish within an easy reach from the shore. Despite its relative tranquillity, there are nice places to spice up your holiday in Koh Samui. Bang Por is also a popular fishing town, so the area boasts some of the best seafood restaurants on the island. And if you decide to diversify your vacation, there are plenty of options, as nothing is too far away on an island of this size. Nightlife in the old fisherman’s village of Bophut is just 10 minutes' drive, and the main tourist centre of Chawaeng is merely 20 minutes' drive away. Daily Cleaning: General cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the weekdays.
All taxes: Daily rates are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Breakfast: Inclusive daily continental breakfast prepared by in-villa staff.
Airport Transfer: Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from the villa are complimentary (one each way). A villa manager will meet and greet you at the airport ensuring your transfer to the villa is smooth and effortless. For split parties (i.e. parties with multiple arrival or depature times) additional (or where
complimentary transfers not applicable) airport transfers can be booked for US$45 each way.
Bedlinen & Towels: Bed linen is changed every third day, while pool towels are changed as necessary.
Final Cleaning: Is to be done upon your departure.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
