The house comprises a large living room, western kitchen, lounge sala, five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and landscaped poolside terrace. Each space flows seamlessly into another, from indoors to outdoors, offering stunning views of the beach and ocean. For larger groups of guests, this villa can be rented together with another just next to it. The main living area is outfitted with two oversized sofas, a coffee table, a flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. From there you can access the sun deck furnished with soft daybeds. An open-plan western kitchen is equipped with LG and Siemens fridges, a fitted oven, microwave, gas hobs and a full range of modern appliances. The dining area has a huge wooden table for 20 people. Next to the pool, there is a 120" HD projector and screen to create a unique outdoor cinema experience blending modern technology with natural splendour. A kids bedroom sits next the pool with a unique glass wall that lets them see under the water in their own private aquarium. Downstairs, there are two comfortably furnished double bedrooms. Both of them have TVs, king size beds and boast sea views and luxurious en-suite bathrooms built into the natural rock formations. Two further bedroom are located on the middle level. One of the suites is the exquisite master suite with direct access onto the peaceful, sandy beach. The villa offers various amenities to entertain the guests, such as X-BOX 360 with most popular games, a choice of water sports equipment, including a Sea Kayak and paddle board.

Check in/out policy
Guests should assume that the Check In Time is 3:00 pm and Check Out
time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon
availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure). An
additional fee may be applicable and will be advised at the time of
booking.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a non-refundable reservation deposit of 10% of the total payment and cost three nights stay, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability. During the season of Christmas and New Year, 60% of the villa rental, divided into 10% and 50%, has to be paid to confirm a booking. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, the whole amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This is applicable for all seasons.
Cancellation Policy
The first part of reservation deposit (10%) is non-refundable.
Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental
period, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 month from the
date of the cancellation confirmation. The credit value can be used by
the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any
period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.
Cancellations between 30 and 1 day prior to arrival and early departures
are charged at 100%.
