There is a large modern lounge and dining area with spectacular panoramic sea views. The property has 2 large pools and 2 barbecues. The 1400 m exterior terraced gardens are well designed. One level features a stone patio to relax, with a barbecue and entertaining area. The most spectacular part of this property is the infinity pool, luxury entertainment tent, and beautiful lawns all located on top of the mountain with amazing panoramic views of the sea, the village of Sitges and the surrounding mountains. The Villa is located in Sitges. Sitges is one of Europe's most famous seaside villages. Additional Information

All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.

Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included for rental periods of 7 nights and more. For less than 7 nights a final cleaning will apply.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total rent (first 10% with your credit card through our online platform and then 40% more via bank transfer) in advance. The balance shall be paid 1 (ONE) month before arrival. The security deposit of 750 EUR is due at check-in payable by credit card. It will be returned in 5 days after the departure, if no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental price is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.

pismires in the kitchen, roller shutter in the master bed room defect, we could not use one bathroom because of leakage, we could not use the bidet in the master bathroom because of leakage, breakdown of the elevator for one day (we could rescue ourselves), several lamps were kaput, 4 chairs on the balcony were kaput. For et least 4 days, we had craftsman in the house. to
