Luxury Villas Sitges : Exceptional design reflected both in the exterior and interior of this luxury Mediterrenean villa and great carefulness about its small details create its impeccble image. And this is not the case of being stylish and not comfortable. All in all, there are five bedrooms. Two of them are situated on the ground floor (a double one and one with the twins). Three more are on the first floor, being 2 of those with the twin beds and one with a double bed. All the bedroom have heated floor and a stereosystem and are equipped with a wardrobe. The main living-room is located on the second floor. Here you will find 3 sofas, a TV with the home-cinema. The most peculiar things of the living room are an incredible fireplace and a big balcony, where you can sunbathe and have dinners al fresco. Downstairs, on the ground floor, there is one more living room, that is, as well, perfectly equipped with all the amenitites to make your fell home. This room has an access to the main garden. The luxury villa dining room has a table for 12 people and a kitchen that has all the possible utensils. Every floor has a bathroom: there is a bathtub on the ground floor and showers on the other floors. On a great terrace of 175 sq.m there is a barbecue. Moreover, the villa has a hydromassage private pool and a parking space suitable for 2 cars.

Also, it's only 30 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and 20 minutes from the airport making it a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing seaside environment with the convenience of a major and culturally enriched city. The Villa is situated close to the Garraf National Park, which is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The area also boasts several vineyards and wineries with many offering tours and wine tasting. Just 5 minutes, is the bustling social and beach life of Sitges and 5 minutes from a well-established 18-hole golf course. South of Sitges is the historic city of Tarragona with its Roman amphitheatre and PortAventura with it's roller coasters, rides and Aquatic Park. Travel west and visit Montserrats Benedictine sanctuary with its famous Black Madonna. To the north, Medieval Gerona and Dalis Museum in Figueres. Not forgetting Barcelona one of the hippest cities in Spain, which is only 30 mins away by car or train.

Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: The expenses are not included. They are to be paid apart as a part of the environmental program.
Weekly Cleaning: A cleaning per week is included for stays longer than 1 week.
Final Cleaning: The final cleaning is considered to be included should the property be left in acceptable conditions.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50%, divided into two parts of 15% and 35%, in advance. Two (2) months before arrival you are to pay the balance. The security deposit is of 500 EUR per week with the maximum of 1000 EUR, to be paid in cash upon arrival and to be returned when the guests are leaving.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 2 months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
