The landing area enjoys high ceilings. Right by, there is a powder room. Further on, there is a living room, veranda, a dining area and a kitchen. The living area boasts wide windows and the veranda has sliding doors enabling it to fully open onto the garden. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle, kitchenware and tableware.
The laundry room comes with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron.
Outdoors

This home sits in a private residential area Las Merinas just by Cascada de Camojan and Sierra Blanca. This home is away from the city center hustle, yet close to everywhere one needs to be. Marbella centre is only 13 minutes drive away, Puerto Banus lies about 15 minutes drive away and Puente Romano is about 12 minutes away.
Several supermarkets down can be arrived at within 10 minutes. The beach is also only 11 minutes away.
For those travelling by plane, the Malaga airport is 40 minutes by car. The city itself is about 10 minutes more than the airport.
If you are looking for sightseeing, you can head towards Malaga, Seville, Granada and Cordoba. All of them offer the splendour of the passed-away Al-Andalus mixed with the local Spanish traditions and sometimes Gothic structures with Baroque and Renaissance accessories.
