The ground floor houses a double-spaced living room with a sitting area with TV and a fireplace and a dining area with a kitchen. The latter one comes with a breakfast bar/cooking island. It is fitted with all the electric appliances you ll need for a vacation. The room opens on the al-fresco dining area facing the pool. The living area opens on the al-fresco chill-out area also facing the pool.
Downstairs, there is a games room with a snooker table and shuffleboard table and a sitting area.
Outdoors
The house boasts a great rooftop terrace. It features a Jacuzzi, a BBQ and an al-fresco dining table. Also, there is a small solarium area with a couple of loungers.

A trip there will take you around 15 minutes´ walking while by car it will take no more than 5 minutes. Some of the most popular restaurants and cafes are spread around the residential area. Also, you will find around several the top notch cafes like Organic market and food, Celicioso and Pan y Mermelada.

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival along with the damage deposit.
