The basement floor comes with a TV area and a home gym. The same room enjoys a billiard.
Outdoors
The home enjoys a swimming pool with a shallow area at the entrance that would be suitable for kids. The pool can be heated upon request. Also, it has a sunbathing area with loungers. There are 2 shaded lounge areas, an outdoor dining on the ground floor and a magnificent top floor terrace. The upper terrace benefits from a bar with stools, another lounge area and a Jacuzzi.

Check-out before 11:00.
Minimum stay is 7 nights, flexible whenever possible, please enquire for stays between 4 and 7 nights.
Early check-in (11:00 - 16:00) is 400 EUR + VAT (subject to availability).
Late check-out (11:00 - 15:00) is 400 EUR + VAT (subject to availability).
Late check-out after 15:00: extra night rate applies (subject to availability).
Check-in after 21:00 is 400 EUR + VAT (subject to availability).
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due along with the damage deposit not later than 1 month before arrival.
