Situated just 1,5 km from the beach, this renovated holiday villa in Lloret de Mar is ideal for a family vacation in Costa Brava. With 300 m2 of floors, the luxury villa rental Costa Brava sleeps up to eight people. There are two independent levels. The upper one features a living room with a TV area benefiting from satellite TV and a totally equipped kitchen. There is a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle, a fridge freezer, kitchenware and tableware. The space has a dining area and enjoys access to the garden. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Further on, the floor has two bedrooms. One comes with twin beds, the other one enjoys a double bed. The latter one is ensuite and benefits from a shower bathroom. The lower floor features a TV, an independent kitchen with the same amenities as the upper-floor one and two double bedrooms. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is one more bathroom with a shower further on on this level. Outside, there is a private pool, a WC and a BBQ.

Additional Information

All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity are included. AC is available upon request and is NOT included and shall be paid apart at 100 EUR per week.

Concierge service

Bedlinen & Towels: Bedlinen and Towels are NOT included and shall be paid apart at 16 EUR per person and set.

Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.

Miscellaneous: Baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for 35 EUR per week and unit. Wifi is available upon request and is NOT included and shall be paid apart at 50 EUR.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:30 - 20:00.
In case of a late arrival, please, contact us to get the instructions for how to get the keys.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security Deposit will be guaranteed with a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
