This luxury XVII century farmhouse for rent in Catalonia completely refurbished in 2011 is a great option for those who are looking for an authentic experience with all the commodities. It is located next to the village of Peralada that is famous for its summer concerts, being just in a 15 minute distance from the long beach of Sant Pere Pescador with great kite surf facilities. This house has two living units that sleeps up to 12 people in six tastefully decorated bedrooms. Four of them, located in the main house, have en-suite bathrooms. Two more bedrooms are located in an annexed building. Four of the bedrooms have twin beds, that can be separated upon your request. The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. There are two living rooms with sitting areas perfect for having tea or coffee with your family or friends or simply for having a chat or reading a book that you can find there on a shelf. The house has two totally-equipped kitchens where you will find various utensils and cutlery pieces, including a fridge and a freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a cosy dining room by the kitchen with a fireplace. The house is equipped with a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer that is situated in the huge house patio, as well as a guest bathroom with a wc. There is a parking area outside.

and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval
architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air
during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow
streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church
built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador
Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit

Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and
visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a
sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deepsea
fishing. Go horseriding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and
taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a
lot of other things that you have always wanted but could´t find any

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
