It comprises of the main house and an independent annex right by. There are 6 bedrooms plus a games room housing a bed, 6 bathrooms and a WC in total. The house benefits from AC, WIFI and a billiard. Main house
The main house enjoys 5 bedrooms and a games room connected to the lower floor bedroom that enjoys a double bed.
Bedroom 1: lower floor, double bed, bathroom with a bathtub in front of the room, direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 2: lower floor, games room with a billiard, double bed, bathroom with a shower in front of the room, direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 3: upper floor, master, double bed, sitting area with a TV and a fireplace, bathroom with a shower.

The main house enjoys a totally equipped kitchen and a dining area, there is an interior BBQ. The kitchen opens on the terrace. Also, there is a reading room with access to the terrace. Further on, the right wing enjoys a living room with a TV and a sitting area. The room opens on the terrace, the garden and the house main entrance.
Annex
The annex is distributed over 2 floors. The lower floor houses the living area, while the upper floor enjoys the bedroom.

The lower floor comes with a living room and an open-plan kitchen.

Additional Information
Daily Cleaning: Maid service of 4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday is included. There is no cleaning on Sundays nor bank holidays.
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Water, electricity and Internet are included.
Concierge service
Final Cleaning: A final cleaning for stays of one week and over is included. A final cleaning for shorter stays shall be paid, 100 EUR.
Miscellaneous: AC in the main house bedrooms and in the annex.
