The villa sleeps up to 10 people; it has five bedrooms and four complete bathrooms. Four bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, while the fifth has two single beds. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower, the other three bathrooms are outfitted with showers. The place features a totally-equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge and a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a hob, a coffee maker, a microwave and a complete set of kitchen utensils and tableware. It sounds very alluring, but staying in this house, you will not have to worry about preparing neither breakfast nor lunch as those services are included in the rent. The only thing that you have to do is to enjoy the fantastic environment and choose the restaurants for dinners. The dining area is thought for 12 people. Not to lose the connection with the city (to which you can easily travel every day, as the place has a great location), the property has Internet access, satellite TV, books and a stereo system. The eco house benefits from a lovely fireplace and various outside furnished areas. You will find a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and ironing board in the laundry.

Daily Cleaning: Maid and gardener services of 5 hours are included.
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist Tax of 0,50 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.The guests are obliged to use the organic cleaning products provided by the Owner due to an ecological water program.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before
arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit will be paid
upon your arrival in cash. You will be refunded upon your departure,
should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
