This luxury vacation villa Costa Brava is situated in a small village in Catalonia, Spain. If you have an artist soul this is the right place for you. A typical Catalan farmhouse converted into a state-of-the-art house with a delicate French touch. Every object is unique here. Every object speaks for itself. Go through a nice covered terrace with a barbecue area that will not let you get wet if it s raining, and come into a cozy, totally-equipped American kitchen with an island in the middle. You will have an oven, a vitro ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee-machine, fruit-squeezer and many other very useful utensils and cutlery pieces. Prepare yourself a cup of aromatic tea or coffee and have a rest. ¿You are planning a nice dinner? Then go the open-plan dining area with a design table and chairs that sits up to eight people. Or go straight to the stylish bar with a sitting area or upstairs and watch a nice movie on a huge flat TV or listen to music with an incredible stereo system. Feel the change happening to the house at night being turned on the outside light system, making your mood change as well. There are four bedrooms in this house. Three of them are equipped with king-size beds, the fourth one has two single beds. There are four complete bathrooms furnished with baths, some of them have shower faucets. Downstairs, you will have a living room with a desk that can be converted into your working space in case you cannot leave your business just flow when having vacations. There is one more living area upstairs. Having got outside, pay attention to the huge Buddha statue with a small fountain in the garden. Going down, passing by fruit trees, you come to the pool area furnished with loungers. Even if you think you have seen a lot of exceptional designer things before, this house will impress you.

We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. If you expect it to be absolutely rural and not developed, full of farms and far from the civilization then you are completely wrong, because this part of Spain is to keep your eyes wide open and your mouth agape with all you can find here. Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fisher village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deepsea fishing. Go horseriding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but could´t find any time.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
