All bathrooms are fitted with showers, the master bathroom has a bathtub in addition to it. The house boasts a cozy living room with a seating for 12 people and a gas fireplace, a TV area with satellite channels, DVD player, music library and a stereo system, and dining facilities. The kitchen has been equipped with all the up-to-date amenities and benefits from a breakfast area for four. You will find a hob and an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker and a complete set of kitchenware and tableware there. The house boasts a sauna, two pools, one of which is indoor (heated), while the other one is outdoor, a large bar, a BBQ area and several furnished terraces are set.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before
arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages
occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation
deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the
arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
