Design apartment Barcelona: This luxury stylish apartment is located just 5 minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya on a safe street of the Eixample area. Typical hydraulic mosaic floors dated XIX century, but carefully restored, design bricked walls, Catalan beamed ceilings, characteristical small balconies, all this is the Modernist Plaza Catalunya Apartment. There are two bedrooms; one bedroom if furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200), the other one is furnished with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and two complete bathrooms outfitted with showers. The common spaces include a living room with a comfortable sofa and a TV projector, a dining area and an American kitchen with a cooking island. There is a microwave, an oven, a hob, a fridge, a coffee machine and many other utensils and appliances that you might wish to have. However, what is real luxury is the furnished terrace where you can have great time having breakfast or dinner, having coffee, drinks or just talking and enjoying fantastic Mediterranean climate.

Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
