The neighbourhood of Pedralbes is one of the most noble parts of the residential Barcelona where you will find the houses of the famous inhabitants of the city. Located just in a 10 minutes drive from the city centre and next to the green line metro stations, Pedralbes gives the guests a lot of opportunities to enjoy the green areas and tranquility of Barcelona. Manicured lawns, various impeccable gardens, beautiful trees and plants, unbelievably clean streets and very neighbourly people are the features of this part of the city. You will find here the well-known Palau Reial that used to be the Royal Palace and now houses the Decorative Arts Museum and the Museum of Ceramics. It is here where you can relax in the Cervantes Park famous for its lovely rose garden. A bit upper, the Monastery of Pedralbes with its dragon-shaped-iron entrance, dated XIV century, sits.

All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Payment Policy

For a short term stay, in order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent and the security deposit either in cash or by credit card. The security deposit will be returned to you should no damages occur to the property. For a long term stay, please, contact us.

Cancellation Policy

For a short term stay, in case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid. For a long term stay, please, contact us.
