Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% (divided into two parts, 10% and 40%) of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit, 10% of the total rent shall be paid.
