Located in Barcelona center, Eixample neighborhood, this vacation apartment sleeps five people and comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a closet and enjoys an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together upon request in case you need another double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and a writing desk in case you have to do something for a business trip to Barcelona or your child has to prepare some homework. These bedrooms share the other bathroom equipped with a shower. There is a cozy but quite spacious living room with a sitting area and a 3D-TV and WIFI and a dining area. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge freezer, a microwave, a diswasher, a hob, an oven, pots and pans and various utensils. This vacation rental in Eixample benefits from proximity to Passeig de Gracia and will let you walk aroud the city easily. There are two small French balconies accessed from the living room and one of the bedrooms and one more small interior balcony located in the sleeping part of the apartment.

Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
