Barcelona Luxury Apartments‏ : This apartment sits in the heart of Barcelona. There are two bedrooms, one of them is equipped with a queen-size bed, the other one with twins. Both of them have a dressing area. There are two complete bathrooms equipped with a shower. Free toiletries and bathrobes will be waiting for your in the bathrooms. The apartment has high ceilings and traditional catalan modernist decoration. There is a totally equipped kitchen and a dining area suitable for 4 people. There is also a mini-bar. The apartment is very lighty and is equipped with air-conditioning and heating. You will be able to relax in the sitting area watching the cable TV or DVD or listening to the radio. Despite the fact that the apartment is located right in the city centre, you will not be disturbed by the noise, as it is totally soundproofed. This building also offers hotel services and enjoys an interior garden, an outdoor swimming pool (not heated), a bar, restaurant and meeting rooms. There is a small fitness area. There is an area with a pc in the building for the use of the guests. The property can be slightly different from the pictures as there are several units on rent in the building. Some unit enjoy a jetted bathtub while the others come with a shower.

Just a few yards from the magic of the Passeig de Gracia in de area called Eixample. Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving caf culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalua and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent and leave a cc authorization to the owner for the balance as the rates are non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the paid amount is non-refundable. A failure to pay the balance is considered to be a cancellation done by the guest.
