This Barcelona luxury vacation apartment is located on Paseo de Gracia, the most fashionable city street, right in front of Gaudi´s masterpiece, Casa Batllo. Divided in two parts that can be separated by an internal door, the space sleeps up to 10 people. There are five bedrooms, a dressing room, five bathrooms with showers, and an office area. Entering the apartment you find yourself in the office area with a PC and a printer. On the right, there is the first part of the apartment. You will find a double loft-style bedroom with a sitting area with a TV, a dining area and a kitchen there. The bedroom enjoys a private bathroom equipped with a shower. The living area is equipped with a TV with satellite channels, a radio, and an iPod docking station. The other bedroom of this part of the luxury apartment Barcelona is fitted with two single beds. On the left from the office, the other three bedrooms are found. Two of them are outfitted with twin beds, the last one is also a loft style bedroom and enjoys a sitting area and a kitchen. The kitchen facilities include an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a fridge freezer, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. The apartment enjoys a balcony with two chairs with magnificent views over Casa Batllo. There is a small gallery in one of the lofts with gym facilities including a fitball, a bicycle and a matt. Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving caf culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic Avenue of Barcelona, situated within walking distance from the most important city sightseeings such as Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home for the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and is also well-known for its high-class residential and shopping areas. Moreover, here you can see La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Paseo de Gracia is rich in stores, shops, boutiques, restaurants and terraces and perfectly communicated with the whole city by public transport. It is well connected by major underground and bus routes. Paseo de Gracia is not only a sightseeing itself but also a great platform for this fantastic Mediterranean city exploration. Paseo de Gracia is the main street of the area called Eixample which is the heart of Barcelona. This area is characterized by wide, open boulevards filled with modernist architecture. There are a lot of high-end shops. Do marvellous shopping or just stroll and drop in a bookstore or stop for a cup of coffee or a beer and watch the city life go by, sitting outside of one of the many street cafes. As well, you cannot miss the opportunity to walk down Rambla de Catalunya, another major Eixample street being at the same time one of the trendiest, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and open-air cafes. Paseo de Gracia seems to flow out of Las Ramblas. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash. The security deposit shall be left in cash. A wire transfer prior to arrival for both is available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, the total amount will be retained as a penalty.

We were told that this apartment was appropriate for 3 families but on arrival found that 2 of the bedrooms had no walls or doors. This was a very uncomfortable situation as we could see/hear one another and there was no privacy. I had discussed during the booking that we were 3 families and it should have been made very clear that there were two rooms without doors or rooms. It simply did not work for a group of this kind. I was then told by Daniela that many groups had been here and yet the Manager of the apartment, Jordi, told me that they were going to change and put in doors which shows that they consider this to be an issue.
