Daily Cleaning: General daily cleaning and laundry are included.Additional cleaning can be arranged at 50 EUR per day per maid and maximum three rooms.
All taxes: All the taxes are included except for the Tourist City Tax of 2,5 EUR per person and night (subject to changes) and the Touristic promotion Tax of 1 EUR per person and night (subject to changes).
Rental fees: Water, electricity and Internet are included. Pool heating from October 15th through April 30th is NOT included and shall be paid at 50 EUR per day plus 3 days of pre-heating.
Concierge service: 24 h concierge services are included.
Breakfast: Continental breakfast is included.
Airport Transfer: Airport transfer for 7 guests is included.
Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.
Private Chef: Lunch and dinner are not included and can be arranged upon request.

Payment Policy
The reservation deposit for the property is 50% payable in two steps (20% and 30%) either by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) or via bank transfer. The rest is payable no later than one month before arrival. Security deposit against possible damages shall be paid upon arrival either in cash or by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).
Cancellation Policy
All the cancellations must be done in written. In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival but more than 7 days before arrival, 70% of the rent is detained. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no show, total rent will be detained. Failure to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation made by the guests.
