This Refurbished Tuscan Farmhouse sits on the hill and is surrounded by forests and vineyards. This 450 m2 property is divided in 3 different buildings and can accommodate up to 8 guest in its 4 en suite bedrooms. This is a perfect place to experience the green Tuscany and enjoy gastronomy, quietness and privacy.
The Main House
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dinning table, a dinning area, two living rooms with a fireplace and a guest toilet. a direct access to the outdoor dinning area with wooden oven.
On the first floor, you will encountered an en suite bedroom with king bed and bath tub, as well as a nice sitting lounge area.
On the mezzanine there is a en suite bedroom with two queen beds and bath tub.
The Annex 1
Crossing the courtyard you can access through the covered pergola and its dinning area, the third en suite bedroom with king bed and bath tub and a large living room area.
The Annex 2
You will find the 4th en suite bedroom with king size bed and bath tub.
The outdoors
The infinity heated pool sits in the big garden in between the main house and the Annex 2. Guests can also enjoy the covered pergola with its dinning area, the wooden oven and barbecue.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
