Hidden in the countryside of Tuscany, within the province of Siena, yet close to Umbria, the luxury rental home is an ideal base for the area exploration. Perfect both for family vacation and a getaway with friends, the property enjoys sophisticated design, manicured gardens and wonderful chill-out areas. It benefits from from 240.000 m2 terrain and inimitable views over Val d´ Orcia. The property comprises of 2 houses - the main vill and an annex. The main house enjoys 3 levels and 8 bedrooms.
The main house
Ground floor
This level houses front porch and a hall going through all the floor. On the right, there is spacious dining room that leads to a living room with a TV, DVD and a sitting area. On the other side of the dining room, there is a studio with a writing desk and a sofa. The room boasts beautiful arched ceilings.
On the other side of the hall, there is a totally equipped kitchen, another living room and the landing leading upstairs.
The kitchen enjoys a central island, a hob, an oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave, cutlery, kitchenware and tableware. Finally, there is a guest WC.
First floor
This level houses 4 bedrooms. All of them are en-suite, plus there is an additional bathroom in the hall.
Bedroom 1: super king-size 4-poster bed (2 x 2 m) and a bathroom with a shower, a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: a super king-size bed (2 x 2 m), a bathroom with a small bathtub with a shower faucet, AC.
Bedroom 3: a super king-size 4-poster bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower faucet, AC.
Bedroom 4 (master): a super king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a sensorial shower and a freestanding bathtub, private terrace, AC.
Second floor
Then, the second floor houses 2 further bedrooms.
Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (1,6 m), en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower.
Bedroom 6: queen-size bed (1,6 m), a freestanding bathtub in the room, a separate toilet.
There is an attic floor with a yoga/pilates room with a fit ball, some light weights and some other amenities. Finally, the luxury Siena House has a sauna.
Annex
Further on, the last 2 bedrooms, as well as one more living room and a kitchen with a dining table sit in the annex.
Bedroom 7: king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 8: two single beds, a bathroom with a shower accessible from the living room. The annex benefits from a terrace overlooking the park.
