This stylish Siena house rental sits in the heart of Val d´ Orcia within a short drive from two small villages offering first-need facilities to the travellers. Siena itself is a bit more than one hour drive away, while Florence can be reached in around two hours. Authentic yet refurbished, the villa benefits from superb Tuscany countryside views and 930 m2 of terraces. Outdoors, there is a vegetable and flower gardens. Also, it features a solar-panels heated swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The villa comprises of the main house and an annex. All the bedrooms have AC.

Ground floor
This level houses the common areas. They include an entrance hall, a guest WC, a living room with 2 sitting areas with a TV (satellite mainly in English) and a fireplace, a dining room with a seating for 16 -18 people. Further on, the property has a totally - equipped kitchen with separate storage and cooking areas. It features a hob, an oven, a cooking fireplace, a microwave, a fridge, kitchenware and tableware. The same very floor houses the master bedroom: a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a private sitting area.
Also, the same level enjoys bedroom 2 attached to the house yet with a private entrance from outside: double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This floor is accessed by a stone outdoor staircase. It has another sitting room with a fireplace and further sleeping facilities.

The property benefiting from spectacular views and sits only 10 minutes´ drive away from 2 small villages offering first-need facilities. They are Contignano and Sarteano. Both offer some restaurants and cafes and some shops.
Situated in central-southern Tuscany, the Province of Siena extends over some of the most famous and fascinating Tuscan territories. Hills and gullies, Tuscan cypress trees, the rivers, olive groves and vineyards: this is the landscape animating the province. The territory has numerous remains from the Middle Age: walking through its countryside, you can admire impressive abbeys and characteristic small towns, which preserve their original appearance to this day. In addition, there are over 120 protected nature reserves in the region.
Further on, more Unesco Heritage sites can be reached by car. Pienza and its historic centre are only 22 minutes´ drive away, while the historical city of Siena is around 1 h 7 minutes´ drive away. Florence centre is around 2 hours drive away. The other Unesco sites include the square of the Cathedral of Pisa, the historical center of San Gimignano, and Medici Villas and Gardens.
Above that, the region produces various fine wines, including Chianti, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Morellino di Scansano and Brunello di Montalcino.

Weekly Cleaning: Weekly cleaning with change of bedlinen and towels for stays of more than 1 week is included.
Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 65% of the total payment.
Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The security deposit will be wired back minus bank fees shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
