Luxury Rental House Tuscany : This elegant villa located close to Siena enjoys quiet picturesque setting overlooking the hills. The decoration, the furniture and soft furnishing of the residence create atmosphere of home. It’s a wonderful house very well situated in a village called Ville di Corsano with a view over Siena. This residence sleeps 18 persons and is composed of the main house and dependence. The main villa can accommodate 14 people. There is a large internal courtyard where it’s possible to eat outside, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a billiard table and a CD player. On the same floor you’ll find a TV room, a large fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a fridge and an oven, a toilet and a cellar in the basement. On the first floor you will enjoy a large living room with fireplace and an office with computer, printer and fax. To sleep, there are seven double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, which one of them is a suite with a studio, dressing and hydro-massage bath and two of them share a bathroom, a winter room and a fireplace. The dependence sleeps 4 persons. There is a living room, a kitchen and two double rooms with their own bathroom and shower. A lot of services are included in this luxury villa like the Internet connection, the cleaning staff 3 hours every morning, the bed linen changed every 2 days, the bath towels changed every day, the air conditioning in each bedroom, the stereo in each room, etc. This property has a private garden with swimming pool (15m x 7,5m), a pizza oven, a tennis court, a five-a-side football pitch, bowls, gym and sauna 50mt away from the villa and a parking. There is a recently restored building with a kitchen, barbecue, a bathroom with shower and a stereo near the swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
