Ideal for a group of 12, the Italy luxury villa rental enjoys six bedrooms. All of them come with bathrooms. Four bedrooms are fitted with double beds, while the fifth has  twins. There is a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen opening on a veranda benefiting from wonderful sea views. The kitchen is totally equipped and comes with a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, pots and pans, kitchenware and tableware. There is a washing machine. The living room has a seating with a TV and a dining table. There is an al-fresco dining table for 12 outside. There is AC, heating and WIFI.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
