The bedroom features a safe box. The master bedroom is located on the same floor. It has a shower room, a dressing room and accesses the garden. On the side, there is an annex with a private entrance. It features a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and a big linen closet. The first floor is home to a large veranda with a lunge and dining areas, a BBQ benefiting from 360 degree view. Inside, there is a living area fitted with a seating and TV area with a fireplace, a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, an oven, a coffee machine and a 5 burners stove. The sleeping facilities include a bedroom with a four-poster bed, ensuite shower bathroom accessing the terrace and a walk-in closet. There is a safe box. Also, there is a single bedorom that can be converted into a double one upon request and an annex with a double or twin room. This bedroom enjoys an ensuite shower room and opens onto the terrace. The property benefits from AC, satellite TV in all the bedroom and the living room and WIFI.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
