Holiday Rentals Sardinia: Located in a gated residential area acessible only by owners and tenants, this stunning vacation villa with a private pool is set within just 30 metres from a white sandy beach. It boasts a bulb-shaped pool with salt water and stunning sea views. The holiday villa in Sardinia consists of the main house and an annex. The main house sleeps six people and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It features a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and two double bedrooms with ensuite showers. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a TV area with international channels and a totally equipped modern kitchen. The annex features two bedroms that share a bathroom. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Outside, there are several chillout areas with loungers and sofas, an al-fresco dining area and a BBQ. The house tarecare is living in a building on the side.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
