Sitting in the hills of Florence, this cozy villa enjoys easy access to several villages and the city of Florence itself. Ideal base for Tuscany exploration, the house is a great option both for a family and a group of friends. It enjoys a private salt-water swimming pool and a sunbathing area. It comprises of the main house and an annex.

The main house has 5 bedrooms. All of them sit on the first floor. Further on, 3 more bedrooms sit in an annex right in front of the villa. All the rooms enjoy WIFI, safe boxes, satellite TV and fans. The bedrooms enjoy traditional Tuscan beamed ceilings and classic interiors.

Living areas

The main living room comprises of 2 sitting areas. The annex enjoys a private sitting room and a kitchen. 

Outdoors

Outside, there is a private salt-water swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Right by, you will find a gym and a sauna.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
