The middle level houses the common areas including a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor lounge and a pool area. The upper level has an ensuite bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony and a walk-in closet, another bedroom with twin beds with a private bathroom and a guest wc. All the bedrooms feature from AC and TVs. For your comfort, there are toiletries and slippers in the bathrooms. Thought out, the house has a totally equipped kitchen where you will find kitchenware and tableware, an oven, a hob, a fridge and a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and many other things. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be transferred back to you no later than 10 days after your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation more than 1 moth before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival 100% of the rent will be detained.
