Luxury Villas Provence : This particular house benefits from the proximity to a lovely village in France and a spacious terrain with various furnished lounge areas surrounding it. There are three comfortable bedrooms with beautiful views; the villa sleeps up to eight people. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and a bay window offering you marvellous views over the Alpilles. The room accesses the terrace. The second bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed and offers a separate dressing area; the room accesses the garden. The third bedroom, master, is set upstairs. It s fitted with a king-size bed and two wardrobes; there is an ensuite bathroom (there are two bathrooms in the villa, and one is outside). The first bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower (ensuite), the second is fitted with a shower. The third bathroom is located next to the pool, it has a shower. Among the entertainment areas, there is a lovely living room with a TV with international channels, a DVD-player and a stereo system. The place houses a totally equipped kitchen where you will find an island, a fridge, a hob, an oven a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a raclette machine and all the needed utensils and tableware pieces. Having prepared a meal, move to the dining area or go out to the garden. The outside area boasts a swimming pool (13 x 6 m), a pizza oven and a BBQ. The luxury villa features internet, heating, a garage, automatic entrance gate and autility room fitted with a washing machine and a dryer, iron and ironing board.
