Enjoying a private spa, this holiday villa on Crete would be perfect for those looking for a relaxed vacation. Distributed over circa 200 m2, there are three bedrooms that sleep six. Two of them are fitted with twin beds, the third one has a king-size double bed. All come with private marble bathroooms boasting makeup mirrors and hairdryers. The living room has an iPod docking station, a 55' 3D LED TV and WIFI. The dining area seats six people. There is an additional outside dining area. The luxury holiday rental features a totally equipped kitchen. You will find a four/ring hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee filter machine, pots and pans, cutlery and a kettle there. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Outside, there are sunbeds and a crescent-shaped heated pool with Roman steps and a Jacuzzi enjoying sea views. The private spa area has a home gym, a sauna and a steam bath. Apart from that, located in a villa complex with hotel services, the luxury holiday home in Elounda enjoys access to the complex spa area featuring a massage room, a gym, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam bath. Daily Cleaning

All taxes

Rental fees: Electricity, water, Internet and pool heating for 25/03 - 02/06 and 30/09 - 04/11 is included. Heating for all other periods shall be pre-paid apart.

Concierge service

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the breakfast area is included. A breakfast can be served in a villa for additional charge.

Bedlinen & Towels: Bathobes and pool towels are provided.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% divided in two payments (20% and 30%). The rest is payable one (1) month before arrival for stays in low and mid season, and two (2) months before arrival for high and peak season. 

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non refundable. For high and peak season, in case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival, no show or early departure, 100% of the rental price is non-refundable. Failing to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation by the customer.
