Luxury Rentals Marbella : This gorgeous house is situated in a private gated area within a short drive from Marbella and Puerto Banús offering you plenty of day & night entertainment options. The house caters up to 14 guests. There are seven bedrooms, all come with ensuite Italian-marble bathrooms, a guest toilet, a generous living room, a dining area and a large kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of them is furnished with a queen-size bed and enjoy a walk-in shower. The other one features two single beds; its bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Two of them have king-size beds, one has a queen, another bedroom offers two single beds, while the bedding of the last one will be arranged the way you want upon request. Five rooms boast spacious bathrooms with large walk-in rain & rail showers, double-ended bathtubs, and benefit from private terraces with magnificent views. The luxury villa in Marbella features AC, silent hand-cast fans, TV with international channels, a Blu-ray HD DVD player with an extensive movie library, Sony Playstation, table tennis, a bike and a cross-trainer and a stereo system with an iPod dock. The outdoor area comprises of manicured gardens, a lounge area with a 20m pool with a tropical island and an underwater seating, a large jacuzzi adjacent to the pool, a barbecue area with a stainless steel gas grill and various al-fresco dining areas.

Final Cleaning: Is to be done upon your departure.

Check in/out policy

Check-in between 17:00 and 20:00.
Check-out between 10:00 and 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 5% and 45%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance, divided into 5% and 45%, together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
