Luxury Apartments Barcelona : Very chic and sophisticated (150 m2 surface) apartment with hardwood floors. Four balconies with views at the Santa Maria del Mar Cathedral. The apartment is completely renovated and designed in 2009 with a brand new design kitchen and bathrooms. There are two fireplaces, high ceilings and airconditioning in the whole apartment. This beautiful apartment has two suites, each with their own design bathroom. There also is an office space with a sofa bed which could be used as a third bedroom. Besides the two en-suite bathrooms there is a separate third bathroom. All the rooms have their private balcony with lots of natural light.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
