Design apartment Barcelona: This elegant duplex located right in the city centre offers you tranquility and privacy. Comprising two sunny furnished terraces, it is a perfect space for a family of six (or even seven) or for a small group of friends. There are three lighty bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), in the second one you will find a queen-size bed and the third one is outfitted with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). There is small working area in front of the single-beds bedroom with a highly comfortable lounge bed. This a perfect solution for a child or for a nanny, shall she be travelling with you. There are three complete bathrooms in the apartment. The hand-painted master bedroom (king-size bed) offers you a dressing room with big wardrobes and a private bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower, bidet and a wc. This bedroom, equipped with a TV has a small interior patio. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, it comprises a dressing area and a private bathroom with a shower and a wc. The third bedroom and the nanny room share a bathroom with a shower, bidet and a wc. The aparment has a lovely living room decorated with nameable artpieces and a fireplace calling all your party to gather all around and enjoy an evening with some wine fetched from the totally-equipped kitchen. You will find all the necessary utensils, appliances and kitchenware pieces there. Among them there is a coffee machine, an oven and a hob, a fridge and a freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher, a kettle and a microwave. There is a small breakfast table for 4 in the kitchen. Having prepared a delicious meal, you can enjoy it in the dining room with a design table and chairs for six people. This room opens on the living room. If it is not cold outside, that is almost 365 days a year in Barcelona, then don´t lose an opportunity to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and fantastic climate of the city on the terraces of this apartment. There are a lounge and a dining areas calling for you to relax after a day of exploration of the exuberant life of Barcelona.

Location
Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most dventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash. A transfer of the balance might be applicable, please, enquire.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation more than 2 weeks before arrival, but less than 1 month before arrival 50% of the total rent shall be paid. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival, the total rent shall be paid.

This is a spacious and luxurious duplex apartment, with a lower floor of bedrooms and an upper floor of common areas. Everything was in excellent condition and spotless. Our adult occupants were all very pleased with this apartment.

The apartment was perfect and the location convenient to the sites but not noisy. Very clean. The owner met us on arrival and walked us through the apartment. We loved the two decks, the spacious apartment, great mattresses, complete kitchen for cooking and it is very well furnished and appointed. Stayed at an apartment in Barcleona. the apartment was in an excellent location. There was construction going on on the street which was unfortunate but did not bother us too much. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, elegant, comfortable. We felt right at home. The owner greeted us as we arrived and was very kind and helpful. We would definitely use the service again and absolutely stay in this apartment.
