Luxury Villas Marbella : Enjoying a privileged location in a gated residential area surrounded by golf courses, this luxury house is situated within a couple of minutes from the vibrant Puerto Banús, that offers you a great variety of entertainment options. There are fine restaurants and bars, luxury shops and fantastic beaches. Distributed over three floors, the villa occupies 1002 sq.m. There are five double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, a dining room with an American kitchen, a spacious study, a formal dining room, two lounge areas, a reception room with a baby grand piano and several furnished terraces. Two bathrooms are fitted with jacuzzi bath, the respective bedrooms have spacious dressing areas. One of the lounge areas has a TV with international channels, also in Russian and Arabic, an Xbox and a selection of games. The luxury house features a library and a gym with fitness machines and an indoor pool.  The outside area benefits from a heated non-chlorine swimming pool, a garage and uncovered parking space, manicured gardens and a BBQ area.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
