The luxury holiday villa comprises of seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a guest toilet, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen with a breakfast area and an outside area. The main bedrooms is outfitted with a king-size beds, two single beds can be added upon request, as the room has an adjacent sitting lounge. The master bathroom and the rest of the bathrooms enjoy a bathtubs. The villa features an independent annex with a sitting area and a kitchen fitted with all the essentials. Two single beds can be placed there upon request. There is an outside bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. The luxury villa in Marbella area boasts a comfortable living room with a sitting area with a TV with international channels and a DVD, a dining room with a bar and a piano area, a games room with a library and a gym. The latter one has a stepper, a running track and a bicycle. In addtion, there is a summer lounge with a sitting area, TV area with a DVD player and a Music system. The villa offers its guests two kitchens equipped with all the dream appliances. Outside, a parking for eight cars, a big garden with fruit trees, a table tennis area, a swimming pool ( 14 x 7 m), a BBQ area and an al-fresco dining area.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) months
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security
deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no
damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation one (1) month before
the arrival date or less: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
